Day 2 on Power90. I am a little sore from yesterdays cardio and situps. Today was weights. I really enjoy lifting weights! It makes me feel stronger. Haven’t done it in awhile so started out with 3# total weights. It was too light so I moved up to 10# total. Didn’t have anyting in between! It was good…. but am waiting to see if I am sore tomorrow!
Power90
I started Power90 today. I posted a weight loss challenge in the forums for this. If we all start today, 90 days ends on Dec 31, 2007. We could start 2008 with the excercise resolution already crossed off! We could all help each other through the Holiday Season!
3 days and counting…
I have been doing well for 3 whole days! It feels good. Keeping up for the most part with diet, excercise, and h2o. I’ve kept my carbs under 50, logged 8 miles so far this week, and drank at least 64oz a day! Yeah me!
i stayed in bed this morning
i was feeling blah, so i stayed in bed. i woke up around 10am feeling more blah that all my plans for the day were ruined. as i was about to throw in the towel and try again tomorrow, i realized how stupid i was being. i ate my low carb brunch, walked 45 minutes on the treadmill (even jogged for 3 minutes!) and started drinking my water. i feel great! as i was coming back from the grocerey store (stocking up on low carb choices), i saw a billboard the said ” to see change… you must change” don’t know what the billboard was advertising, but liked the saying!
starting the day
i started the day drinking my water instead of iced coffee. my hubby didn’t work today, so i asked him to go on a walk with the dogs… 37 out of breath minutes later i was home finishing my first 30oz of water. should never ask a Marine to go for a walk. off to the shower… hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!
trying to focus
trying to stay on track is so hard. i am not giving up. taking care of myself has to be part of daily life. i have to make that commitment. i am not gonna metion eating, but i have drank half my water and took a 15 minute walk or pull with the dogs. i am keeping with it even if it is baby steps. getting started
this is new to me.. just testing the waters i am planning to cleanse this week and start my plan saturday or sunday. i do plan to increase my water this week
